We rented the apartment in this video as a last-minute deal one month before our stay, in the off-season for 3,600$ per month. As of publishing, there are long term listings on the PROM from 790E to 5,500E per month, depending on size and amount of view. Real estate experts have told us that given the tradeoffs of noise and crowds, there is no premium for the promenade location over properties of similar size, profile and quality in your backyard neighborhood.
