Doesn’t this depend on your microbiome? IIn other words, if I take a probiotic, and was missing a certain bacteria in my stomach, then I will no longer have a reaction to that food.

For example I stopped drinking milk for five years.

I had some cream the other day and I almost threw up.

So that means, that the bacteria in my gut is no longer there to handle the milk.

Can’t this all be solved with taking probiotics?
