For those of you who got cut off at 30, the maximum frequency youtube plays on a video like this is 16kHz. So you probably couldn’t hear it because youtube cut it off! :)

Edit: since quite a few people commented that they could hear after 30, I should note that it depends on what device, app, etc you’re using.

It mainly stops at 32, but then it goes back in and out at 25 to 5 and sounds really loud. But I listen to music all day on max volume for about 3 to 5 hours... with earbuds. How am I not

im 15 heard it till like 35 then it stopped and came back at like 20

I’m 19 and lost it between 40 and 50. So my hearing really does suck.

I blame all those school dances and band concerts that made me wake up miserable with ear problems the next day

I'm 45 and stopped hearing anything at 50...so I guess all the concerts I attended in the 90's and early 20's did a number on me.

Left ear: 35 Right Ear: 55
(I already knew my hearing was going in my right ear really bad. It's almost gone.)
Note:I'm 16 almost 17 and my entire life my right ear always had severe ear infections on and off like crazy. But my old dr didnt want to put in a tube to fix the problem. Over time i slowly lost more and more of my hearing in that ear. Around August of 2020 I had one of my longest ear infections in a long while in that ear. While I had the infection I could not hear almost anything in that ear. And still after months of it being better and not infected- my hearing is still very bad and I can hardly hear. I hear more than with the infection but it's worse than it used to be b4 the infection...
