Aye bro, I found you on instagram an liked what I heard, figured I'd see if you had a youtube... and you do. The number system was a concept i learned very early on on my music career and somewhere along the way i forgot how important it is. Thanks for the reminder, even if you are far along.. it can be extremely useful to return to where you started from sometimes. Return to the basics to "refurbish your foundation" so to speak. You explained it very well. It’s just an analogy for music. I think my issue is just learning each key within each chord and being able to remember which one is 1st 6th or 5th on the fly

Does the number system change if the Key is not in a Major Key? Ex- a song is in Eb minor....the 1 wouldn't be an Eb major correct? Or do I use the relative Major Key?

I get it but I don’t, I get it in the sense of moving it to other keys, but what if I play a c minor chord still in the key of c? How would that move to another key? Other than that great explanation
