At what career point do you think a dev should start to learn and use no code or low code tools like Webflow? I mean, if someone who is just a few months into web design and is already abusing these tools, it kinda feels like cheating and the guy is missing out on fundamental stuff. This could be harmful in the long run as not every companies use the same technology or framework, but knowledge pf vanilla stuff always helps IMO. In the case of a senior dev, do they benefit that much using these tools? Like they're already decent or great at programming, and if they use these no code tools, yeah they might save some time, but it feels like you spent a huge portion of your career learning to write better code then you end up using the solution that people with zero programming knowledge use. This topic's been in my head quite some time. Opinion on this please?

Beware that webflow is a closed source thing. It’s a walled garden… Unlike Wordpress, which is completely FOSS and can run just as well, given that you know what you’re doing. It’s not WP’s fault that most people use Elementor — the DOM disaster.
