Wait another 3 months and see the progress

Wait 3 months. If not united and symptomatic I would revise by a very conservative resection at both ends of the fracture and compress via a plate. Add biologics du jour.

Too early to think of any surgical intervention. Start Inj Terifrac for the next 2 months. Reassess and then decide.

Getting absolute reduction in humerus, femur and tibia is extremely difficult. Even if the reduction is perfect, it tends to get worse upon compression. Better to prepare for it by giving a longer plate and bridging the fracture site.
