I can't hear the amp effect sound in real time with direct monitor. Also when recording the guitar the metronome also recorded. I cannot figure it out what is the issue? My DAW is logic pro X.

If you are using mac OS X, go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES, then go to SOUND, then go to the OUTPUT tab, and select STEINBERG UR12, then you can change the gain and output on your interface. You must install the yamaha/steinberg USB driver first.

My guitar Blackstar amp has an output labeled "Emulated output". Can I connect it to one of the inputs of the UR12?

I don’t get it what do I need to connect it to my iPhone? I have the usb to lightning adapter already to hook it straight to my iPhone but what else would I need I don’t understand where the other cords and battery pack comes into Play

i am using the UR12. i open up FL Studio 12 and go to the audio setting so i can select the ASIO driver. The "ASIO4ALL v2", when selected and i go to select the mono channels no sound comes from either. Then the second ASIO driver which is the "Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO" which is the UR12, when selecting the mono channel "UR12 Input 1" as well as "UR12 Input 2" my sound current and vibration moitor are going crazy and maxing out. But i cant hear anything either. All i want to do is start recording vocals.

Hi, I have an Indian Zitar (electric sitar) From Rikhi Ram in New Delhi.
When I record into my iPad using iRig Pro I get a 'fuzzy" sound when playing it back.
It sounds clear when connected to a Marshal amp in the shop.
The problem is recording on iPad.
Will UR 12 fix this problem ? By that I mean will I get a clear clean recorded sound, which is what I want.

Can anyone answer my problem? My mic works fine when I record. But when I try to record directly from the bass to interface, no sound is recorded. I can hear the bass when I play it through the interface but when I record, it is not getting picked up.

I have an iPhone 7 and a Samsung S10e. I purchased an Audio Technica AT2020, Steinburg UR 12 and Livewire headphone adapter. I connected everything and I'm getting very little to no sound through the headphones when I'm recording real time and playing back. Any advice? Thank you for your time.
