Here is my favorite fitness tracking watch! Definitely a motivator for running.

Nice work young lady! Retired in 2012 after a 28+ year career. Going to do this and was looking for the new standards. I forgot about the planks...so glad I found this! Every couple years I do this...and still pass! Thanks for the video...Have a Fine Navy Day!

Let get it done that’s the motivation because nothing is easy in life even how far i have gone in starting my own channel is still not easy so wake up and start what ever you want to start and stop thinking if is going to be easy or hard

Impossible is not an option but possible

Thank you for your information! I wasn't sure what the definition of what counts as a push up and plank before the video! Shipping off to ODS on 9/25. I'm a commissioned officer so I am quite unaware of the ins and outs!

This is amazing! Most females can't even do one press-up, but seeing you did it so effortlessly makes me think that I still have the potential if take on proper training

Shipping out in July because I still gotta graduate, I’m working there that trick made me go from barely passing push-up to easily passing it, I’m able to do 70 sit-ups easily but I find it incredibly difficult to get my plank to a good comfort level I start shaking immediately. Thanks for the tips though maybe I’ll see you one time or another

Thank you! I'm 35 and in pretty good shape. I can already do a 15 min 1.5mile run and plank for about a minute, but the struggle is real with push-ups. I can do them elevated off the stairs or a desk, but I'm struggling on the actual floor. I'm hoping to join in the next few months, so these tips are helpful.

I'm a Canadian stationed in an American base and some of us joined our American co-workers in a mock PRT today. Was actually pretty fun. Some of us got an excellent low and DivO gave us a 24hr Liberty as an incentive for it :D

Thanks for the information. I’m going to start my push-up training how you mentioned because I currently can only do up to 5 push ups 😬 yikes

This is extremely helpful for me as now I have details for exactly what I need to do and practice in the next 6 months before I go in. Thank you

I appreciate this video.. heading to basic July 5th at 30yr and I’m doing my best physically to try to reach my age group standards but pushing to achieve more.. the run I’m at satisfactory time but that with slowing down to cough up a lung due to still trying to quit the smokes..

Great video! I was one of the 1st Divisions back in bootcamp in September to do the planks! I have the PRT coming up in July and this helps big time!

I got asmoed 5 times….when I was in 5 years ago at 20 years old for my run. Here I am now 25 almost 26…..I have 2 kids now…..going BACK to bootcamp…..and can run 2-3 miles in 20 minutes or less. Planks I max out and push ups I max out. If u leave in a few months….start now if u we’re doing it before. Be a strong recruit going in…..still study prior but go in strong because you’ll learn the academics over time.
