I live right on the equator where it's warm year-round and the dress code at the place I'm interning at is business casual always. The overshirt to me is the perfect alternative to a really warm suit jacket - especially the one I own that's unlined and super breathable, I can wear it even with a long sleeved shirt when it's 30°C outside.

I'm a big fan of the shacket, or as I call it a Shirt-Jac. Been wearing them for ~15 years. So versatile. Most of mine are plaid, but have one just grey. I prefer a lined shirt-jac that I usually wear in the winter and shoulder seasons, but totally makes sense to wear an unlined one for the spring or even on a cool summer night. Keep up the great videos!
