i thought to myself 1 i like to watch stuff like this to wallow in pain and 2 that id probibly be happier if i did something else like look on the bright side(basicly anything)
i thought id be happier being happy. its dumb but true. so i thought.. why not? and looked desperatly for something ANYTHING better.

i am happy to say that after 6+ years of depression including death of several close family and death of longtime pets....

so yes. its possible. but unfortunatly it dose not get better. THAT is up to YOU. prob not the answer you want to hear but honestly its better than the altirior. also know that its ok to be sad. you dont have to push that down all the time. its normal. BUT you do need to get back on your feet at somepoint. there is lots to do in life and you cant do that while on the ground.
so get up.
