One of the first ways to solve this is to cut back your spending by around 15% and take the difference to put against credit card debt.

i only buy new clothes like once every 2 years... and that is usually just 1 new pair of jeans..and maybe 2-3 pairs of t-shirts and a few pairs of underwear and socks.. and i buy one new pair of shoes every 2-3 years as well...
i don't drink coffee or tee at all.. i only buy food once a week on monday when i cook up 4 portions to bring to work as food boxes.. that i alternate each week.. and i take what is left of them after work as dinner.. i don't eat cooked food on weekends at all.. only a few pieces of cheese and raw bologna sausage... and i still dont have money.. tell me how to save more money without ending up with serious health issues?....

Read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Unironically good advice in that book. Managed to drastically increase my money after reading that.

Facts in 2022 around August I started saving one dollar bills. Within a month I had about 200 bucks saved, So I started saving fives as well.
Within four months I had saved $2, 750.00
So I saved again only this time I started saving tens as well.

In 10 months I had saved almost 10, 000 dollars.
