As a Jamaican who loves the African/Nigerian culture, I really appreciate your love for the Jamaican culture. So many things to note artistically about this song, the lyrics and the video. It embodies what we have lived through for years. Like the ductor begging change from the taxi driver, arguing with someone in the bus, only women on the front seat. The peanut cake vendor…. That’s really good creatively. Not to mention the insert of embassy line in the lyrics! Bad bad bad! Even the dancehall riddim shat shat shat. I loved how embodied the Jamaican creole, and the accent was quite appropriate. Thank you for this, and what a great time to release it, during our Emancipation and Independence week of celebrations.
