I believe it to be because of the "D" that comes abruptly after neighbor (ND), which may sway one into saying neighbor"hood".

Does the version of the book matter? I would like to buy the one that costs 5 bucks (7th edition) but it's not the most recent, which is 16 times more expensive at $80.
