Egon Bahr Video Botschaft für Konferenz 'How to live in Europe?'

The Rosa Luxembourg Foundation, the Europe Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the International Peace Bureau organized a two-day conference in Moscow on the theme: How to live in Europe?, 40 years after the signing in Helsinki of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe. The initiative came out of a discussion between IPB co-President Reiner Braun and the Moscow office of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation.
