We’re walking on sunshine today in this WEIGHT LOSS POWER WALK workout that involves a little bit of sweat and a whole lotta fun!

We start gently in this STEPSTOOL-STYLE routine that benefits all kinds of things - like our heart, lungs, muscles, and mind! This workout is quick-moving, but has short intervals of rest worked in so that our heart rate stays MODERATE the entire time.

Would you be surprised to know that people are more likely to stick to an exercise program that is MODERATE with STEADY PROGRESSION - just like today! - as opposed to one that is too intense and can result in soreness for days afterwards? Research has shown it’s true!

While we work out today, I’m chatting about my own experience with FINDING MY MODERATE, and about how moderation is truly the best way to love yourself, improve your life, and move toward your WEIGHT LOSS goal.
