SW typically recommends the nylon (marathon) . Less splatter as mentioned above and it doesn't compress as much as the woven(white dove)

Love it ! A YouTube chanel about painting! Been painting quite a bit lately and looking to keep it going. Good to get tips and tricks. I recently did a bunch of exterior exposed wood and previously painted outside of house. I meant I get a paint and primer and confusion at hardware store j ended uo with Val spar white paint. I thought I was getting paint and primer Well 90% done with job. I did noticed it doesn’t paint as well over raw wood than preciously painted surface. So I’m experimenting tomorrow with KILZ white primer to see what the different result is
