Thank you for the explanation! I woke up to my account restricted and like 6 copyright claims. Even posting the music on your story is a violation, it’s crazy. now I know what to do moving forward, just waiting on the ban to be lifted 🙏🏾

This is absolutely ridiculous from Facebook. Why even allow us to use music if it's not monetizable. At least provide copyright free music we can all use then. Please can you help me on how do I disable potential ads on individual reels? I just got accepted to the program but now I'm seeing these warnings everywhere. I don't want to lose monetization because of Facebook's own flaws! At this stage I am considering deleting the videos but it would suck because some of them have millions of views :/

Can my monetization now be disabled because of old music I used in reels that Facebook gave us access to? I'm worried now. I've waited so long to get ads on reels and I'll be gutted if they disable monetization for there own issues. I checked Creator Studio and majority of my videos have warnings and alerts that say "The video cannot be monetized" and some videos have 2 alerts with "The video is muted". I don't mind not making money from them going forward but surely they won't disable me for using music that they provided! This is insanity.

To clarify… if the video has copyrighted music that Fb doesn’t have rights to, we can’t make money on ads on reels. But if we enable ads, we could still make bonus play money?

Thank I have researched and researched why my hundred eighty reels have all been muted you're the one that answered the question that I suspected. Now that gave me is a foreign country choice of music and I'm sick of Facebook. Apparently Facebook didn't pay their bills on the copyrighting music that they furnished us

Yes very helpful! I just got approved and my first ads on reels video I posted with (their music options) boom! Thank you for that explanation. Question so I have the ads on reels and I know I can’t do music but I have heard of if you pay for subscriptions for the music you can then is that true? Also do you know anything about the performance bonus I am trying to understand that better? Thank you again.
