You probably have received enough restaurant recommendations for at least a month in NYC, but to add one.... I really recommend the NY Noodle Town on the corner of Bayard and Bowery in the Manhattan Chinatown! It might not be as good as actual Hong Kong or your own cooking, but it's not over-priced, gives large portions, and is tasty! It got me through my 4 years in NYC. I'd be interested to hear your review of it!

For $50-60 you could buy access to a lounge (there are cheaper ways like getting a CC or paying a year subscription). At bigger airports like SFO that might include free WiFi, access to a shower, free hot food and drinks, and a place to sleep that's slightly more comfortable than the general airport area.

Eggs pretty much last forever in the fridge. You can also keep them for months unrefrigerated if you wipe them with oil—research it.

Yeah, I stayed 9, A-Train stops away, from where you got lost lol. I stayed in Brooklyn, the area was safe and I had a good time. This was 10 years ago, and I still have my Metro card. I can't wait to go back. Don't forget Pho in China town. Canal st exit off the A-Train.

Welcome to NYC! Please don't be too frugal when you're in certain neighborhoods lol. Certain areas in the City I would have definitely just booked a hotel, and avoid using the subway at night. Don't put a price on safety.

I bought a full week Metro pass in Paris..Sunday thru Saturday. Well worth it. You can even take all the RER's all the way out of town to all the ends

So interesting to watch a vlog about NYC haha. Yeah, you need to be careful about subway stop names - many stops with the same names, sometimes in different boroughs. 😅 For pizza, my top pick is Brooklyn's Brick Oven Pizza (in Edgewater, NJ), second best is...Nick's Pizza in Manhattan (but Nick's doesn't even come close IMO).
