It depends on air density and fuel grades as well as tires. The car may have a slightly different engine tune to be able to run on Australian fuels more reliably. Also you need to take off 0.2 to 0.3 seconds as 60mph is 96.5km/h. Therefore this SRT8 Jeep did 0-60 in 5.1 seconds in Australian tune.

I got the 2010 model, 0-60 in 4.9 sec had a snapshot of that. the older version is quicker and loooks rough, the new one is more luxurious and equipped but slower

The 6.4 hemi engine is naturally aspirated, the Fords 5.8L* V8 (2013 GT 500) has a giant ass supercharger on it.

a modded tbss could outdrag this but a typhoon wouldn't be able to hang. the problem is that the TBSS has stock brakes, a shitty interior, and looks like trash. WK1 SRT8s are where it's at.
