what I really love about Nick Fry is that he always maintains a kind heart to the life creatures, those rare creatures catch and film them but always let free. Some tip from a french guy: When heated at high temperature, pepper becomes pungent. It is therefore better to pepper the meat at the end of cooking so that it develops all its aromas. In the same way, aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary) and spices lose their flavours on too high heat..I love what you do !

You know, Nick, it's always a pleasure to watch your adventures, no matter what you get up to...but what I like, maybe most of all, is how you don't mind showing all the mess-ups! The cages being unretrievable, stepping on the oyster, breaking the salt bottle, and usually (historically) getting burned one way or the other while cooking haha, and all the other things through the years! Hey, if you're gonna go out in the wild, roughing it against the odds, there's gonna be some bumps along the way, and that makes your videos even better! It makes you human and even more REAL! But don't get me wrong...you are a hell of an athlete and true Warrior out there!
