The 2700x is limiting frames. Should have just went with a 3080, since it and the 3070 ti use about the same wattage.

Bro, then get a better CPU. A 2080 performs better if you combine it with a better CPU. Just don't upgrade your GPU if your CPU is a bottleneck.
