My 2016 Charger RT started having this noise about 4 weeks ago. I changed both of the front wheel bearings thinking that was the problem and it still continued. Finally found out that it is the Drive shaft 😣 this video confirms it more.

That's the drive shaft carrier bearing. Mine gave out at 35k

My Charger had that exact same noise. It was the Driver side front wheel bearing.

It’s something that has do with your breaks . Something is loose. I had the same issue on my scat

My 2013 R/T makes the same noise with 18, 000 miles. I’m being told that it’s the center carrier bearing on the driveshaft. Please post more if you get yours replaced. Thanks

Yes it feels like you're driving on the yellow line. Am I right?

I had the same problem with my challenger, turns out it was the driveshaft bearing, had to replace the whole thing, but you can find an after market bearing ( jxbperformance ) which is obviously better than the stock one .

I had the same issue. I got 2019 charger r/t. I went to dealership they told me driver shaft centre bearing is damaged. They said me to replace the whole shaft coz it’s one piece and will cost me $3000 including parts and labour. I was so stressed. I started checking on internet. I found that bearing never gets bad. There is a rubber between the carrier and bearing which gets bad and starts shaking make noise when we hit gas. I ordered the hanger carrier from jxb auto. I looked their videos on YouTube and installed by my self. It took 2 hours. It’s been 1 year never had this issue again. The cost of the part is $300.

I think I have this issue too? Did yours get louder after letting go of the gas?

What causes this problem? Dealership told me it was the driveshaft and is in the process of replacing it. Said it was faulty so it been covered under my warranty. 27K miles

Sorry this had to happen, in my case I got one with 200k highway miles) so I assume its been replaced.

I only hear this when decelerating and it sounds like it’s coming from the front. Yet it sounds just like this noise like a wheel of fortune. Could it be thwarted whole driveshaft or just the bearing carrier people keep talking about?

Same Problem here mine gave out at 125k, I tried ordering the part off the dealership since both auto zone and O’Reillys both didn’t have it. The dealership told me it would be around 1, 400 for the part alone so I said F that and bought the driveshaft online for $500 and installed it myself. That noise was bad though whenever I would brake it got really loud I thought it was the transmission!!
