Huge thanks for all the videos and posts. I have a 48v RXV that will only charge if I turn the lights on. I found that little bit out after replacing the charging port on the cart and the connector on the charger. Any ideas why it might not be charging without having to turn the lights on?

Couple questions. My plug blinks sort of quick green when charging. Eventually it turns solid green. But then I get maybe 20 minutes of runtime . I put my load tester on three batteries it registered bad. I hit the load barely mover the needle in the bad area. I a quiq charger and have no clue what the lights on the charger mean there are so many.

Hey I have a 2011 ezgo txt 48 volt. I just picked it up and the charger is flashing fault. I did some research and I have that blue wire plug at the back of the receptacle but nothing to plug into it. I read the comments and you said that means they bypassed it and should be hooked to the main positive post but I don’t see anything hooked up there. Any idea where that wire comes from that plugs into the blue wire connector at the receptacle thanks man
