This first Dashboard that should appear (at 00:28) simply does not appear and I cannot find it. I clicked practically everywhere possible. And the "trial downloads" link does not appear also. Did something changed in the last week?

It's shameful I have to watch this video to accomplish something that should be so simple in the first place. Your website is a maze just shut it all down and replace it with two buttons on one page : LOGIN and DOWNLOAD.

This is by far the most frustrating 65 dollars i have ever spent. you guys are a freakin mess. If you have to assign a video at step 1. you're doing it wrong.
