The thing about working chest & back is that the secondary muscles for the chest are front delts & tri's
And for back the secondary muscles are the bi's

So when we train chest, the shoulders & tri's are fatigued to be able to train them fully

And when we train the back & bi's, the bi's get so fatigued it's hard to develop them to their fullest

So, I'd focus on super setting back & chest on one day & focusing on shoulders bi's & tri's on a separate day after they've had a day to rest

Better gains I promise 😉
