This is a really nice progression you're playing and you're clearly a very good player but this is no more Shake Rattle and Roll than any other 12 bar shuffle.

Isn't that chord you called an F diminished actually an F# diminished?

Not so shure but the chord you call an F dim i think is an A dim. Anyway..nice lesson man!
