If anyone can advise on my dilemma:

we are taking a trip through Germany next year, and need space for 3 adults, 1 toddler with car seat, 4 bags, a wheelchair and a pram, then hand luggage etc. Is a VW multivan, a Opel vivaro 9 seater, or a Peugeot rifter 7 seater the best vehicle in terms of space?

Hi, I have a question I can't find an answer to. I've ordered a T7 with 5 seats, not 7, and it will be registered for max 5 occupants of course. Will I be able to move seats to the backmost row? I want to be able to do this for flexibility. Are there seat belts and seat railing where the 3rd row would normally be. No one seems to be able to answer this simple question, including the dealer I'm using here in Switzerland. Thanks.

I also reviewed the Volkswagen T7 Multivan, I must say it had the great quality, but it wasn't great value for money.

When the 13kWh battery is fully charged and the engine is not started, how long can the air conditioner blow before the system starts charging the vehicle?THX.

One big problem I see with the PHEV version is the size of the fuel tank, only 45L. This is a major disappointment for long distance driving. My Passat PHEV has a full-size tank and can can cruise until the dog needs to eat (... and poop).

2:15 you seem to be very contained in your statement regarding the suspension. Most of what I read from owners and users is that this van has « atrocious » suspensions leading to continuous unpleasant rumble and vibrations inside.

It’s nice but my main issue is the name. A multivan has always been the day van version of the transporter with a rock and roll bed.

Seems like we’re going back to MPVs which can only be a good thing and hopefully convince some SUV drivers to change as they serve no more purpose apart from being rubbish at everything

I would be in the market for one of these, but it's a massive miss on two counts. Firstly, it doesn't have 8 seats. Why VW did the caravelle with 7 and this beast with 7 as well is beyond me, when the V Class and the Tourneo have 8 seats. Secondly, it is woefully underpowered. Why the pathetic 150ps diesel when again the V and Tourneo come with much more powerful engines? Silly old VW!
