Lightest Possible Construction
Parts which require minimum weight often employ Nomex® Honeycomb sandwich cores. Our #1562 and #2562 are .210" cut thickness with 3/16" overexpanded cells. #1562 is 1.8 lb/cu ft. density and #2562 is 3.0 lb/cu ft. Overexpanded cell structures allow both to be quite flexible, making them perfect for use in tight radius curves. All of our resins will bond well to the phenolic coated honeycomb, reducing peel. Nomex® is a registered trademark of E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Co.

Nomex Honeycomb is typically used with a veil mat to keep resin from filling the cells.  CoreMat is saturated.

You would sell the product s lot better if you showed some examples of where it can be used.

Can you do a video on 3D honeycombs? I want to make a "double bubble" sandwich shell, but cannot find a video on honeycombs that flex in all directions.

I prefer the host to wear a Fibre Glast t-shirt or something for brand placement rather than having the wasted time in the video just mentioning the company.
