Small tip: Always accept the drink. Whatever they're offering, doesn't matter. The human interaction and bond created in sharing something will result in better customer loyalty and they would be much more eager to recommend you to others, and accept other business offers from you.

PSA about the hose, the only time my company has any hose issues is when the hose rests on a part of the machine that gets hot, it melts through the hose and that’s what causes the explosion of water, in my experience, if you are careful about where the hose rests when using it, you should be able to avoid an issue like the one you’re having

Get into soft washing and do houses, WAY faster, WAY more potential, and an easy way to package a driveway deal. Roof Washes also, will net you the most amount of $$. Once you’re ready I would suggest doing both of these!!

On the "J Bravo" YouTube channel he talks about starting a window cleaning business. He's in Texas and apparently his window cleaner charges $500 and the guy does 2 homes per day. I am assuming he has a lot of windows, or the devaluing dollar doesn't buy much anymore!
