The Quik App is a useful app for controlling your GoPro camera, changing settings, and transferring photos and videos. The app also features photo and video editing tools. This tutorial shows you what you can do for free, as well as what the subscription (premium) features offer.

Hey Jordan I’m wondering why I can’t download a video I did on my GoPro into my phone from the quilk app? It says “your device is isn’t compatible with the format of the video” and when I do download the video it’s very laggy.

Thanks for this video. I do have one basic question. I have a GoPro subscription. When I click the Media tab in Quik, I see App, Cloud, and Phone across the top. I select App and choose one video. I want to upload that one video to the GoPro cloud, but there's no option for that. What's going on? I had my iPad set to upload everything to the cloud, but I quickly turned that off. I just want to upload specific media after I've edited them, but there seems to be no direct way to do this.

I bought my GoPro 10 few months ago along with the subscription. I use My Edit to edit videos. I upload on insta as well as YouTube. Today I updated a video on Instagram and there’s a claim on the soundtrack. There are two options. Remove video or appeal. Should I go for appeal? Do I have the rights on Quik app music?

something i don't get, @9:05 seconds, you mention upload any footage from other camerasto the cloud, i tried that, and kept getting "The media you're uploading already exists in your media library" come to find out it was only allowing 1 MOV file to be uploaded and the rest it considered duplicate. i could not find a workaround on that.

Great vid, quick question. Can you create videos longer than 60 seconds on the go pro app? I have read that the Quik desktop app limits video creations to 60 seconds. Thanks!!

Hi Jordan, Thanks for a very good video. I dont have a Go Pr..But I had the quik app a few years back and it was amazing. I lost my phone and today remembered about quik. Before all the premium stuff was free. But I don't mind paying the yearly cost. Thank you for producing this video for us not-so-techy guys... Enjoy your travels... John

Because once you turn off the camera you have to turn on manually first than only able to use any app or remote.

Hello thank you for your videos, I am having a problem with the color on the quik app. It seems to loose the original color of the videos and photos once I am in the studio? What can I do to sort this out? I just want the original color from my videos?
