PROJECT PROGRESS RECORD BY USING DIGITAL 4D BIM MODEL & dRONE IMAGE

Beforehands, i was contacted by Dr. Ahmad Tarmizi, Strategic Advisory for BIM UNIT, UMPH about a chance to deliver a talk as i did my FYP with him about the Drones in Construction Industry and do carry on with working experience with Dronetech Solutions (Engineering Solution Provider) for 2 years.
As I am going to share my experiences at my first International Spatial Tech Seminar that was held at Hotel Silika Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, I need to be ready with the presentation materials especially using drones methodology in order to support and compliment 4D BIM Model of Mr. Izzul a.k.a Labab from UMPH.
The seminar was attended by more than 150 delegates from various industries around Malaysia and the neighbouring countries, this international seminar was successfully organised by Bandwork GPS Solutions Sdn Bhd., a Malaysia-based company that provide high-precision and consumer grade GPS/GNSS devices.
At this seminar we are presenting the topic on "BIM Implementation - Developing Digital Record Model" based on our recent experience in managing the iconic MBKT Tower project.
During our presentation ,we also covering topic the likes on the practically of the BIM modelling, mobile devices programming, applicability of drone technology, the use of IoT & cloud based data storage and the process flow to digitalise physical building to become BIM Record Model.
This insightful sharing has captured the attention from the participants and soon enough, with the core competencies planted in our DNA, we are going to collaborate with some of the key players in a predominantly core industries in Malaysia!
