heres my theory!!
Lana’s parents loved her. They sacrificed themselves to save Lana. At least, thats what Agamemnon told them. Agamemnon turned either her dad into the two headed monster, and killed the mom or turned them both into the monster. Lana left that house (we know this because of the quest) and went to the (mental???) hospital and she met Nurse Julie. They started to become very very good friends, until Lana kept trying to warn Nurse Julie. But then, Lana got let out. Nurse Julie
started going crazy. Agamemnon said to her, again, Sacrifice yourself to me, and i wont hurt Lana. You can hear on the video tape, Nurse Julie slowly going crazy. She starts ti think Lana was right, and says: ‘If me turning into a monster saves Lana, so be it.’ Nurse Julie said with a voice, almost bursting out with tears. Next, we head to the third quest, AKA the final one. You complete the maze, and we see Lana trapped in a cage with Lina and a Lana doppelgänger. Lina talks to you and you go into a boss fight. She summons Agamemnon and turns into this white monster with a black sparkly dress. After the boss fight (if you don’t die) She says ‘NOO, PLEASE.. AGAMEMNON FORGIVE MY WEAKNESS.. PLEASE.. YOU NEED ME, I NEED YOUUU!!!’ And she dies. The cage opens, and you saved Lana. but.. this isnt the end. We see Agamemnon in Lana’s room. He says: ‘You didn’t think this was the end of our little story, did you? no, no no no. It’s not over until I SAY ITS OVER.’ and boom. thats the end of the quest. Thats my theory and its pretty much all i can say about the quest lol
edit:: agamemnon wants Lana to sacrafice his souls or smth. Lina said so in the boss fight

I have a theory.
I think whoever cared and did lots of things for lana gets agamemnons (or whatever his name was) attention and turns them into a hostile creature since in the tape in chapter 2 nurse Julie said something like "i just wanted to make lana feel better" then she turned into the nurse julie we all know where she chases us around and like that which means Lina was lanas friend at one point and then turned into a creature to get lana and betray her. and also lanas parents turned into this 2 headed monster so is more obvious lina had been lanas friend.

Explaintion: Lina and lana are friends but then when lana started doing nails a few years later lina stoled it. So lana was mad and did something (I don’t know what she did) that someone put her in the cage (I also don’t know who) but few months later Lina felt bad and cried bcs she miss her best friend so much so she helped her out and lana learned how to share.Hope it helps
