Twellman is not my favorite pundit and I believe he should prepare more personally, but it is nice to see an American commentate on the debate once in a while none the less. They aren't as good as the English or Spanish commentators, but being around the best, much like in a football club will only make his work better. I hope.

massive oversight which is repeatedly ignored. At the end of last season, due to players leaving at the end of their contracts or because their loans ended, we only 13 players in our squad. we had to sign a large number of players otherwise we wouldn't have had enough to field a complete squad. maybe we shouldn't have signed 12, but any less than 8 and we would've had a very weak squad in terms of depth and quality.

We're only 4 points off safety, like they said. So that's the most important thing. We need to turn losses into draws and we'll be okay.

I think they put too much emphasis on the transfer business. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Does it affect that momentum? I would say yes. Will losing that moment put you at the bottom of the table by itself? No. The lack of quality in defending and defensive structure is the main reason we're at the bottom. I think the losses to Huddersfield and Cardiff prove that.

Ranieri will bring in his 442 and the defense will shore up. That needs to be the first focus. We have more attacking talent than a handful of the teams above us, and we have enough quality in midfield. If we can get into a defensively sound system we'll be fine and finish somewhere like 15th or a few spots better.
