My grandson took me from Essex to see the fantastic Edinburgh tattoo at the age of 88 what a fantastic show of our military show had a great time time thanks Edinburgh you made a old man proud

Excellent video of the March out of the Massed Pipes and Drums. I hope to someday be there to see the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in person. I do so love the sound of the Pipes and Drums and I haven't a drop of Scottish blood.

When I took my family to the Tattoo a couple of years ago, when the pipers and drummers came in at the beginning, my younger brother, said this will do me, all night, the pipes and drums.
There was a massive shower of rain about 15 minutes from the end, and the lone drummer on the esplanade was soaked. My brother shouted, well done, young man, go home now and get dry. God bless you all.❤❤❤❤

😢 nous étions à Edimbourg cet après-midi -là . Malheureusement nous n'avions pas pris de places parce que nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait ce spectacle. Nous étions partis en vacances en Ecosse quinze jours au mois d'août . C'est un pays fantastique et nous avons fait un merveilleux voyage .❤❤❤

Thanks so much for this!! My dad marched and played in a drum and bugle core near Chicago. nothing like this, but oh how he’d love it, as I do still ! He was of Scottish decent.
