Although you have been vital in my knitting life, your health is more important. Please take care of yourself. Sending best wishes!

I had an SVT. Caffeine or lack of sleep seemed to be my triggers. I had multiple pathways which I was told occurs in 10% of the people with SVT. I had multiple ablations. I no longer have any noticeable irregularities in my heart rhythm.

Thinking of you, Roxanne. You’ve got a huge cloud of support out here. We love you. Glad you’re taking care of yourself.

Take care of yourself @Roxanne. Thank you for letting us know, and of course the videos later in the year sound great - but only do what you're comfortable and able to do... Your health is more important than our knitting!

There are throngs of your followers, fans, students, and devotees who send you heaps of best wishes with your health issue. You are a "national treasure" in the knitting world - and that is not hyperbole. Be well.

How wonderful that you were able to record the event for the doctors to review. I know your analytical approach will be a great help in figuring out with your doctors just what you need. Blessings to you and see you very soon I hope! Keep well!

Rox, you are doing such a service sharing your health update with all of us - I am wishing you the easiest journey through this interval and that you arrive at a final effective management program. And I am equally grateful for your amazing and generous communication. You are a consummate teacher, not only "just" an information seeker, and not that you need to take anything else on, but I could easily see you leading an SVT support group when all is said and done. I will be glad to see you whenever that turns out to be!

Roxanne, I haven’t been an active follower on YouTube or Ravelry in ages, but you have been one of my most trusted sources for knitting advice since I started and have always been kind when I asked questions, so I know you have one of the best hearts out there. I’m glad you are taking care of yourself and send my best wishes for to keep that heart in the best shape it can be!

Roxanne, Electrophysiologists are exceptional. I needed a pacemaker due to my heart beating too slowly that I fainted sometimes. This is Year 19 since then. It has saved my life and most days I’m not aware there is a problem. It does it’s job always. Best wishes for a great diagnostician who is as tenacious as you are. Take care and thanks for your unique contributions to knitters everywhere.

I find myself constantly going back to your Technique Tuesday vids…in fact I just watch the grafted bind off and tubular cast on ones the other day! All that to say, you already have shared a WEALTH of knitting knowledge for us to access so rest on your laurels and take care of yourself.

Prayers from a fellow heart patient!

Roxanne, I had episodes of SVT. Mine was SVNRT. Ended up in the ER twice. Ambulance shot of Adenosine worked to break the rhythm one time but the other time I needed a double dose in the ER. Caffeine is a no-no. So is sudden/clenching excitement. Medication didn't stop it. Totally unpredictable and uncontrollable with pulse hammering away 206-208 bpm. Electro physiologist did a cardiac ablation last month and so far, so good. Still carry the oxygen and pulse finger monitor. Please look into this procedure. Sending health blessings.

Best wishes for a successful treatment plan tailored to your cardiac electrophysiology. You are not alone. I walked a similar path 10 years ago. I appreciate your desire to research and fully understand what is happening with your heart…it will help you and your medical team reach a resolution of your symptoms. Take care❤

Exactly my story. I had an AV-node ablation and pacemaker installation over a year ago. I wish i'd had it sooner. It's working great. And I feel 10 years younger.

Roxanne, I hope the condition tapers down to help you feel better and healthier.
With your appetite for knowledge and staying in tune with yourself, maybe you will uncover what works for you and the condition.
Thanks for the heads up about Technique Tuesday.

I NEVER comment on Youtube videos, but I'm doing it for the first time to wish you health and tell you how much your videos mean to me! As someone who discovered the hobby solo and had no one around to ask for questions, you've been so critical to my learning and love of knitting. I'll be here all the way! ❤
