My style is simple: I tend to stick to neutral solid colors and I do not wear prints. But I will wear a small stripe to add depth, dimension, and interest to an outfit. Today, I am showing you how to style striped outfits for spring fashion 2024. Not only am I showing you how to style striped tops, popovers, T-shirts, button ups, and blouses, but I am also including how to style a pair of pinstripe culottes as well. As always, my style is easy breezy effortless style….with a hint of coastal grandmother or coastal casual. All of these outfits are appropriate for women over 40, women over 50, women over 60, and women over 70.

From Northern California in the South Bay of San Francisco. I'm one of those ladies who feels that horizontal stripes make me look thicker. I am 5'3" 160 lbs. and short waisted. I do have a few horizontal striped t-shirts in my wardrobe, but I won't be buying any more of them. I prefer the vertical stripes for my figure and siloutte. Maybe, it's the length or the size of the horizontal stripe that I'm missing or something.

Girl, you never fail us. You looked absolutely gorgeous in everything. If i can share a tip if you are using self tanner. Use on clean skin (self tan the day before) shave legs prior to tanning. Put vaseline on ALL dry areas (ankles, elbows, knees). Mix self tanner in your body lotion and apply to skin. Always use a light color and build if necessary. Works every time with no blotches. Also Sally hansen has a great line of self tanners (tanning water) and leg make-up (temporary use) i would still apply to moisturized skin to prevent blotches). Thank you for your fantastic tips. ❤❤❤
