This is why I love YouTube. I wanted to see the inside of a data center, and this video was delivered to me from halfway across the world. Great content guys!

Would like to see a video of you guy's discussing your certifications and which ones you consider most valuable when trying to get into a DC work environment. Cheers from the US!

1 - Use water falls on fibers to reduce bend radius
2 - Do you use labels on cables or other method of tracking?
3 - Use correct cable length, don't drop your customers with 5m slack
4 - Use separate trays for fibers and coppers
5 - Apply in rack cable management instead of looping fibers
6 - Don't put the tile lifter on top of important

My goodness i love a good small harmless office prank. Keeps spirits alive in the night shift where it can get a bit dull. Imma try one of these when I get my job 😂😂

“So what did you do today?”
I went on a tour of a Massive Data Center in England.
“How did you do that?”
I did it via YouTube!

I've enjoyed watching the videos of your team at work and the workings of the NOC. Ash is a very good presenter in those videos, but it was nice to see him give the lead to James in this one who did a great job explaining how the ISP to network cableing work. Cheers to both of you from Oklahoma.

Bit random but I'm a network engineer for a DC in Darwin (northern territory) Australia. We have a customer doing some satellite connectivity for one of their racks. You mentioned one of your satellite dishes is used for connectivity into Australia, you wouldn't happen to know if it's somewhere in Darwin? If it is, hi from us :) haha

I'm rather curious how you guys do the security planning/analysis for one of these videos. A large part of any hacking attempt is reconnaissance, and as a datacenter, you're a high-value target.
Obviously, you've got a competent security team helping with production (can't imagine management would approve these videos without that). Are there some the things you do (for security) that would never occur to people who aren't in IT?
