Both good in own way, but it makes more sense to buy the X8 plus, it’s less heavier and much much cheaper, so I’ll defo be buying this one .

For the quality, Xtreme 3 wins but x8 plus is still the winner for me since you can buy 3 or even 4 of them for the price of the jbl. I also liked the x8 plus because of its indicated micro sd slot so that your speaker will have its own music station. For the equalizer, I agree that deep bass mode is a "no" so yeah, I'm not using that "deep bass mode".

I mean you get what you pay for! JBL has a super clear sound and a way deeper bass. But if you don’t have much money to spend the 8X is a good cheap alternative!

I own an X8 and play it with a mobile phone app with 9 equalizer bands. With proper settings the combination can go toe to toe with speakers 4X its price. I own floor standing speakers and headphones and should know what I'm talking about. BTW be aware that speakers can only be honestly compared using a common equalizer setting or at flat setting. It's very easy to dupe listeners with dissimilar settings to make one of the speaker sound better. Today's mid range budget speakers are better by several magnitudes over those found 10 years ago. The technology for building speakers has matured decades ago and there really is nothing new to buy that should burn a hole in our pockets.

Im surprised that xdobo can really get away fast...the sound of the 2 are similar ...not bad for a third of a price xdobo...❤

I have extreme 3 after 1yr using, the passive radiator broken, good quality but for awhile only

For JBL It sounds better, but more expensive. As for Xdobo Only the sound is worth the price.
