You know what
this manga is already amazing in that the MC isn't a pushover, he just lets go of this job easily, and went on to make a restaurant without a second look back. Maybe it's just the expression and bodytype too, serious and firm MC leaving this nutcase behind.
Also that someone was actually there, predicted and said to him that him leaving would be awful for the group, without him needing to find out later and go through a 'woe is me' mindset, he's realistic.

I get sick of repeated imposter syndrome personality. 'Oh anyone can do what I can do' is replaced with 'Other people have those skills', realistic not being a downer.
