I LOVE THIS SONG! It's because the Wiggles had Christine Anu on the show years ago to sing Taba Naba that I grew an interest and such an admiration and respect for the Aboriginal Australian culture. I pray one day my family and I could visit the Torres strait and meet the aboriginal Australians. I pray in Jesus' Name the racism and hate towards this native culture will end. ♡

This was a song I grew up listening to, and it was my favourite of the wiggles and actually got me into Christine’s other music. I found this video a few years ago but recently just found it again and it still makes me so happy, Anthony looks like he’s having the best time 😁

Not sure exactly why but over the five decades of my life there have been a handful of songs that evoke a powerful emotional response. Christine Anu and Taba Naba is one example. It’s fascinating and strange to me at the same time. A brilliant composition and Christine’s voice is, well words escape me.
Harkens back to when life was tougher but simpler and people stopped to enjoy the days rather than rush through them in the rat race we call modern life.

My son son watched "It's A Wiggly, Wiggly World" about 50 times when he was a toddler, so I KNOW this song.
They nailed it! No studio production, just an acoustic guitar and Christine's amazing voice!
