About 20 years ago, I was working in Houston, Texas, around Westheimer Road and Dairy Ashford. I went to lunch and when I came out of the store, I was surprised to hear Bagpipes playing. I drove around with the windows down looking for where it was. I drove down a street and there was a man standing outside his front door, playing the pipes. I told him how I tracked down the music and he played well. He said that when he goes home for lunch, he likes to play outside for a bit, then back to work. He played me a song, which I thoroughly enjoyed. What a great day!
