BUILDING RESILIENCE - Kenny Ausubel is the CEO of Bioneers, an organization that he co-founded in 1990 with his wife and partner, Nina Simons, for the purpose of disseminating sustainable alternatives to practices that contribute to climate change and to social injustice. In pursuit of this goal, he not only supports and encourages scientific and social innovation, but he communicates with a broad audience through several media outlets. He produces an international radio series, has written four books, contributes to The Huffington Post, and has made an award-winning documentary, Hoxsey: How Healing Becomes a Crime, which screened at the Kennedy Center for members of Congress.

At the end of this presentation, The Center for Interfaith Relations' Sarah Reed Harris, Director of the 2014 Festival of Faiths, and Halida Hatic, Director of Community Relations and Development, join the stage as moderators.
