Note on development:
Two years, fifty remixes, and countless Zelda playthroughs later, the time has come to wrap up the Hyrule Lofi series. Hopefully with a bang—or I might need to nip down to Barnes’ Bomb Shop for a little extra help. Creating these three albums has been an extraordinary journey, one that has brought me immense joy and comfort through some challenging times.
The process of making this music always transports me. I’ve spent late nights after coursework, tucked in front of my tiny monitor, completely immersed in the magic of Zelda. Those moments were about more than just gaming—they were about stepping into a world of nostalgia, adventure, and wonder. And through this music, I’ve tried to bottle up those feelings: the untamed wildness of Hyrule, the bittersweet pull of childhood, and that electric sense of discovery that every Zelda fan knows so well.
For this final album, I wanted to go all out. Not only is there a full-length album, but I’ve also created a 15-minute medley featuring a song from every single Zelda game, in order. To make it even more special, I reached out to some ridiculously talented Zelda artists, who graciously contributed their beautiful work to the album. I also decided to get my hands dirty with a few of the backgrounds myself—an absolute delight. And, because I couldn’t resist, I’ve hidden a few cheeky little secrets in my drawings for you to uncover.

So, find your coziest spot—be it in the stables, a soft bed at the Great Ton Pu Inn in Hateno Village, or maybe a corner table at Windfall Island’s café bar—and let the melodies of Hyrule Lofi carry you away one last time.
I also want to say a special thank you to my dad, who passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks after the release of Hyrule Lofi II. He was my biggest supporter, my sounding board, and my greatest champion. Every demo, every draft—I shared it all with him. He loved music, and he passed that love down to me. The day I lost him, a huge chunk of me was taken forever. He gave me my love for music, he showed me the wonder in the world, and he even introduced me to Zelda when I played Twilight Princess with him as a little boy. But I am slowly filling that void with love for all the things he gave me. Love you, Dad.

I love Zelda music, and I love lofi, but this is BY FAR the very best version of Gerudo Valley I have ever heard in my life! Excellent job. I have this piece on repeat at least a dozen times and it never gets old. Also, Ballad of the Wind Fish doesn't get as much love as it deserves, so I'm glad to hear it here.
