Great documentary! But, like many others have eluded to, there's a much bigger cover-up that continues to this day, in 2021. Military contamination is not limited to Camp Lejeune, far from it. The same or similar lethal contaminants, chronic exposures, diseases & deaths have & continue to occur at most U.S. military installations across the country & abroad. While the U.S. Military is certainly lethal, its lethality doesn't discriminate - it kills more patriotic Americans than enemies. Countless Americans, including many U.S. veterans, service members, their children & family members, have & continue to die from diseases caused by chronic & compounded exposures to numerous, lethal poisons that contaminate the air, water, soil, dust & surface residues in & around their assigned homes on U.S. military installations. Many of these lethal contaminants do not degrade over time. Instead, they undergo molecular changes over time that CREATE NEW & MUCH MORE TOXIC CHEMICALS & COMPOUNDS. As a result, IF independent, objective & thorough environmental tests were performed on U.S. military installations, we'd learn that many military installations, especially military housing areas, are MUCH MORE TOXIC NOW than they were decades ago. The military services routinely mixed, released, improperly stored, used, spilled, leaked, saturated military family homes & soils & improperly disposed of these toxic chemicals & extremely hazardous wastes in & around military installations for decades. Beginning in the 1980s, after the Pentagon & the U.S. Office of Management & Budget (OMB) began to recognize the extent & magnitude of systemic military contamination across our country & abroad as well as the enormous environmental & public health liabilities this could cause the U.S. government, the Pentagon began to rely on OMB to overrule environmental regulatory enforcement decisions made by EPA & DOJ. They did this because they knew they could rely on OMB to prioritize protection of U.S. government assets, including U.S. Military assets, over & above its responsibility to protect human health, public health & the environment. If only the lethality of our nation's military could discriminate... Unfortunately, the U.S. government & it's military housing corporations unjustly accused, attacked, covertly shadow-banned, sued & SLAPPed me in federal & appellate courts for years because they don't want Americans who know the TRUTH to SPEAK FREELY & inform others.
