Christine and The Dead Zone are two Kings I just read for the first time recently and I now consider them both to be in my top books of all time. So good! I really need to get a copy of The Woman in Black. Great haul, Marie! 🖤💀

I've got the Ash Series on my TBR too. I read ASH, not realising it was the third book in the series so now I've got to go back and read the first two books to bring more back context to everything in ASH. Happy to see it in your collection, so I can get to hear what your thoughts will be on it. 😁

The Final Girls Support Group like such a fun read. Wow a nice hardcover copy of Haunted. That is great. I really want to read Woman in Black. I love the movie. I really liked The Dead Zone.

I've read From a Buick 8 and Christine, and I prefer From a Buick 8. Christine is far longer and more rambling and it takes forever for things to finally happen. It's one of those King especially indulged himself with.

I love ghost stories too! Always on the lookout for more.

My favourite kinda book haul- a horror book haul!. I love it- great work Marie!. I'm hoping to get to Final Girls soon via my kindle. The point horror series is such a fun series- takes me back to the 90's. I'm planning on reading Salem's Lot this month and going to read The Dead Zone later in the year as well. The silver lining with King's books is that even though they may seem long they read at a really fast pace. I'd be more than happy to buddy read The Dead Zone with you whenever you feel like picking it up- let me know if you'd be interested in buddy reading it.

@marie mcwilliams. Brilliant horror book haul reviews 👏 I love how you displayed the book Christine and asked Stephen King to 'ease on the amount of pages' lol. The only Stephen King book I read was Dreamcatcher and that book is super long lol.

Hope you enjoy the James Herbert, he was a very underrated author. There are two more in that series if you enjoy the character. My fav of his was The Secret of Crickley Hall, which ITV did a decent TV series of a few years back. Halfway through Final Girls after starting it yesterday, loving it, so thanks for the review you put up. 👍 oh and I hate those stick labels too, product called Sticky Stuff Remover does exactly what is says and is well worth a buy. 😁

Big King fan, me (albeit I've _not_ read much of his new novels, like _11.22.63, _ or _Mr Mercates, _ etc. I've heard great _great_ things about Herbert and need to read him, soon. I love "herb books, " too, especially w an occult bent. Great haul! --Allen

Some good books there, i love Christine and the Dead zone. James Herbert was one of my favourite horror authors. I think I will look out for the crime books and the Buick 8 one from King. Love your reviews keep up the great work

Wow so many amazing reads 📚 I would love to have most of them! Also I soooo feel you with the stickers! And most of the times they put it in the middle, I mean why ? Why this should be happening? And it's not only books but generally all the nice vases, plates, etc
As it concerns the heat....I just can't anymore, I mean here in Greece we have 44 degrees Celsius from July and on with a pause of 38-39 degrees as a cool thing and it's keeping it that way... I'm like dying... and yes human kind is awful... we have right now so many fires going on and so many trees, animals, etc dying and then we are curious about these temperatures... I don't know if I want to be mad or cry about it. It's so bad... 🤯

I've said I've heard a split review on the Final Girl book. About half good, and Half bad.

I've never read A Woman in Black.🤷‍♂️
Christine I thought was a fun book👍 I actually liked the Book ending better than the movie. I think most say the opposite.
Dead Zone is really good Book. It's kinda like a couple stories all linked together in that one.👍
