Do the pre-installed apps all work in English? Also, how much bloatware is there?

What people want to know are these things - speed - run it through antutu.
Battery - run it through battery tester
quality of the screen - mipad 1 had a fairly low brightness which could be improved only via a mod - is mipad 2 the same?
SD card - does it have SD card slot? Mipad 1 had it, and it is said that mipad 2 does not.

Some questions I am not sure was covered:
1. What is the diff between the 16 and 64 gb - only in terms of space, or is there less RAM, lower processor etc?
2. Does the 2gb of RAM hinder the performance of the device? It's not bad but a bit lower than what I expected.
3. Is there expandable memory? Some sellers online say their mi pad 2 has expandable slots - so shifty! (Im from singapore where we have a lot of xiaomi resellers who sometimes scam, it would be good to have a trustworthy source like you)
