Avoid junk, oil, fatty, masala foods
Avoid doing excercise until u cured
Avoid sunlight
Avoid taking stress
Avoid taking mental pressure

Be happy, Be comfort

Eat less light food multiple times,
So there will no pressure on your liver.

Drink

1. Butter milk.
2. Cocunut water
3. Fruit juices
4. Water

Eat light food ( quick digestive foods ) like

1. Curd rice
2. Idli
3. Fruits etc.


Some people say avoid to sleep right side
Better to sleep on left side for good liver
