This is a ludicrous effect of "modern agriculture". Measurements in Germany in the 1920's and 30's show that the fruits and veggies in our stores today, only contain half or even down to 10% of the nutrition compared to a 100 years ago. We don't need no huge corporation to "enhance" the food. We need good seeds from good strains to grow food organically, without stress, in good living soils.
