I think the cauldron is perfect for a brand new bedazzler. You don't have to worry about following a design or using multiple colors. This kit it great to use for learning how to pick up and place the gems, how much glue to use, etc. without the pressure of making a picture or pattern of some kind. Starting with an item that is all one color is also a great idea for kids who want to try bedazzling because they get to make something sparkly and they can't really mess it up because it's just one color. Love it! 🙂
