In this video I am looking back on what I've done in calisthenics and what has 2 years of grinding and being consistent brought me! It has been quite the journey but one that was worth it for sure! One of the best decisions of my life for sure! But it's only the start the best is yet to come!

Those archer pull ups look sick. I am barely starting my journey. After putting it out for almost 2 years. I got a pull up bar installed in my backyard and have been going at it for about 2 months now.

How do you train your side delts. Because i know they are the most neglected muscle in calisthenics.. i do everything but include light dumbell flies to do mine. 3x close to failure. Everyday

I honestly dont think that losing that much weight is good. Yea if you are overweight and like 30% bodyfat, but if you are 15% and can see your abs absolutely no need + you look bigger with little bit more fat but still visible abs
